Description
Yesterday I finally beat the elite four in Omega Ruby. This was my final team! Similar to what happened with my Black version, I only had four members, really. (I did have my Latios and Groudon in the party but I never used them haha). Sometimes just four work fine for me.
Anyway, Ruby was my first ever Pokemon game. I was really into Pokemon before it, but I never owned any of the games because I didn't have any game systems. I finally got a Gameboy Advanced for Christmas one year, and soon after I got Pokemon Ruby. Sceptile was my starter, and probably the only good Pokemon since he was all I used. I named him Taila, and he's currently in my Y version (though I hope to trade him over to Omega Ruby soon). The Hoenn region means a lot to me since I had so much fun. I remember going to a friend's house, who had Sapphire, and we'd just sit on her bedroom floor and play, helping each other out along the way. It holds so much memory and happiness for me, so I was so excited when Omega Ruby and Alpha Sapphire were announced. After playing through it I got a bit teary eyed at the end--I remember the absolutely JOY I felt when I managed to beat Steven's Metagross with my Sceptile for the first time (after many attempts). I'm more experienced with Pokemon now, but that doesn't matter much in the end--the fun I had playing through these games remains the same.
Er, sorry for getting a little sappy, but Gen 3 means a lot to me, and so similarly ORAS means a lot to me, too. R/S/E were the games the introduced me to the Pokemon games, and Pokemon is something that will be with me for a long, long time I'm sure.
WELL UH ANYWAY ABOUT THE TEAM. I don't remember their natures and don't feel like looking them up HAHA. But they are all female except for Fletcher. Also, Exploud is the best.
