SIGH well better late than never
this is Olan's "Mayor". He wasn't democratically elected and doesn't have the full responsibilities of it, but he is the closest thing to it, since many believe Cesar to be more Nreole affiliated (which isn't the case).

Also, yes, this was my End Run character!! But i was so busy which SUCKED BALLS and I had to pull out. UGH. And I honestly can't go into it now, but i loved this character too much to let him just sit and gather dust... so here he is.

Personality: This guy's pretty much always upbeat. Unless he's working, he'll crack a smile and share a joke. He is a huge jazz appreciator and will go nuts if anyone mentions it. He may appear a little flighty at times, but he's an overall dedicated worker and trainer.
Brief History: Boz was born in Olan and grew up there until he was seven, when his family moved to Lochesh. Boz didn't mind the place, but he much prefered Olan. This is where he caught Heathcliff, then a Gastly, and had many a run in with a little vicious Deino, who left scars on his arm. When he was sent on his journey, he went straight back to Moeras to go back to Olan, and that's where he stayed. He wasn't much of a trainer, and instead focused on a musical career with his upright bass. He played in several jazz ensembles before Cesar came to him and offered the job he currently has now.
